Priority Care Rehab Staffing is hiring licensed Occupational Therapists (OT) for a full-time opportunity in a skilled-nursing facility in Manhattan. You'll work with a diverse resident population, helping individuals improve or maintain the skills they need for daily activities, greater independence, and quality of life.
What You'll Do
Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans
Provide therapeutic interventions to improve strength, coordination, mobility, and daily living skills
Help residents regain independence and improve their quality of life
Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Maintain accurate clinical documentation
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary rehabilitation and nursing teams
What We’re Looking For
Active New York State Occupational Therapist License and Registration
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
SNF experience preferred
Strong clinical documentation and communication skills
Authorized to work in the United States

Schedule: Full-Time
Employment: Independent Contractor (1099)
Weekly Direct Deposit: hourly rate is based on relevant work experience
