Priority Care Rehab Staffing is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) and Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join an outpatient rehabilitation clinic in Bronx, NY 10463. You'll provide outpatient rehabilitation services focused on improving mobility, strength, function, and quality of life. You'll work closely with patients throughout their recovery while collaborating with the rehabilitation team to help them meet their individual treatment goals.
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Provide therapeutic exercises, functional training, manual therapy, and other appropriate treatment interventions
Monitor patient response to treatment and document progress accurately
Educate patients on home exercise programs, proper body mechanics, and injury prevention
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Communicate with the rehabilitation team regarding patient progress and treatment needs
Maintain a safe, professional, and patient-centered treatment environment
Physical Therapists will also:
Evaluate patients and identify functional limitations and rehabilitation needs
Develop and update individualized plans of care
Establish measurable treatment goals and modify interventions based on patient progress
Physical Therapist Assistants will also:
Carry out treatment plans established by the supervising Physical Therapist
Report changes in patient condition, response to treatment, and progress to the supervising PT
